I bought this for a 11″ sreen acer notebook, but it looks huge for it. I don’t really like much.

I made the mistake of calling Caselogic for sizing guidance on the right sleeve for my new laptop and was terribly misled by its customer service department. It’s extremely frustrating to make a point of doing research only to be given completely inaccurate information by the company. I provided Caselogic with my laptop make and model information and all dimensions, and the company proceeded to recommend an ill-fitting sleeve because it doesn’t sell any sleeves that WILL fit my laptop but apparently didn’t want that to stop it from making a sale. The result is that I’m making my first ever product return to Amazon.com and my opinion of Caselogic has done a 180-degree turn: While I made a point of trying to buy this product from Caselogic, I will from now on make a point of buying from its competitors because Caselogic has lost my trust.

I received this laptop sleeve in the mail today, and it fits the Dell Inspiron 17.3 inch screen with room on the top, as for the sides it fits close to kinda snug. I would of given five stars if it was in pink.

I always worry a bit when I order things online… maybe it’s not what I thought was on the website, maybe it’s poorly made, etc. I, and likely you, have been burned before. But this blue sleeve is better than I thought it might be; it’s exactly what I wanted and more. It’s well made, the right size for my HP dv9740, and I am delighted with it!!!
