The product is excellent, but the service was not so excellent. It should not cost you $35 to post this flimsy small small thing. The shipping cost more than the item itself. Also, you sent it in a large box, which was a waste of cardboard… the case is thing enough to be place into a small envelope like box, instead of charging me all that money to send me that ridiculous package.

I received this from the Vine program for use on my Dell XPS M1530 laptop. This case states that it will fit up to a 16 inch laptop and it probably will. My laptop is a 15.4 inch unit and it fits with a small room to spare without stretching the material. Here are the excellent features of the case:
First, it is nice to have something in a color that goes with a business suit with out clashing!! The design is very conservative and the color goes with most things.
Second, it is very simple to tell if you forgot to really zip up this case! The interior is a very bright red color! If you get in a rush and either do not zip the closure all the way or forget to do it at all, the bright red of the interior flags you to warn you that your laptop is NOT secure in the case!! There is nothing worse that dropping your laptop just before you have to give a presentation!!
Third, the padding is sufficient that it protects the laptop from minor abuse without being bulky. No, I would not try the four foot calibrated drop test with it! But then again, I would not do that with any of the carry bags either.
Fourth, there is NO obnoxious loud colored branding design on this case!
Now for the down sides:
First, there are no pockets in this case to carry disks or thumb drives in.
Second, there is no place to carry a power brick and power cord.
This is exacly what it claimes to be, a laptop sleeve. It does an brilliant job of doing what it claims to do.

I questioned my 14 year ancient daughter for help with this review, because when it arrived at our house via a shipping company, she immediately opened it up and proclaimed the following 3 points that I will also comment on in parentheses). Her innocent description might help you, and while I might have picked different words, she is 100% right on. She said, and I quote:
1) I wish this product came in better colors. The outside is a brown, “Grandpa” style fabric and the inside is the orangest orange I’ve ever seen. Also, though I’m not sure if it can be helped, the inside smells like chemicals and plastic which makes my laptop smell like chemicals and plastic. (I, her father, am allergic to certain rubbery smells, like many mouse pads and this case, they make my eyes water and my lips will swell up if I touch my mouth after touching these types of materials, and I agree, the smell was enough to not want to touch that case again. It will be donated to some non-profit operation for their use.)
2) I know that some laptops are larger than others, but my 10½ x 12 inch IBM Thinkpad is far too small to fit inside securely. (The case would be excellent for a newer wide-screen laptop, but our T40 Thinkpad is small, and was not secure inside this case)
3) This product was shipped to my house in a rather large box, which was in a HUGE box besides! What a waste of packaging! (Yes, the size of the outside Amazon box was ridiculously large for this item. I’m writing this review on “Earth Day” so maybe we’re just being sensitive to packaging waste.

I like this laptop sleeve. It’s durable and fits in my backpack. It keeps my laptop safe from scratches and pretty much anything else that could physically hurt my laptop. I have a 15″ Toshiba laptop that fits inside of it perfectly. The exterior color is very basic, very masculine, and the orange inside provides a very stylish contrast to the outside. I’m very well pleased with my buy. The shipping was very quick also.

If you’re looking for a nice small inexpensive case, this is it. Keeps it safe from accidental scuffs, scrapes, bumps etc. The case itself doesn’t come in a lot of colors but it still serves its purpose. Not too flashy other than the inside which is a drastically different color than the out. Who really cares though since it’s not like you even pay attention to what the inside looks like anyway. The fact that it doesn’t stand out with flash designs or colors makes it look more professional. Which is better in my opinion. Basically it’s a nice case for the value.
