It fits my 2009 Macbook Pro like a glove. I have had no problems. The product seems sturdy and like it was built to last.
The outside pocket is a bit small for the charger, but it will fit if you coil everything up just right. I have some concerns that having the charger in the pocketmay act as a pressure point when traveling, but so far I have not had any problems.
If you travel with your Macbook, this product is fantastic at providing a bit of cushioning and preventing your computer from getting beat up. The metal exterior gets beat up surprising easily. . .

I searched long and hard before I bought a case for my unibody 2009 MacBook Pro. This is a fantastic case if you are looking for excellent protection for your Mac and a place for your power adapter. Others mention it’s too small for the new unibody MacBook Pro. I would agree it’s snug but not too small. I’ve found if you place the MBP in and then make space between the zipper and the notebook by pulling the zipper gently up as you zip you will be just fine. It’s a snug fit but I like it because I know it won’t slide around. The pocket on the outside will only fit the power adapter and power cord (has a mini pocket for a USB flash drive which can come in handy). It does bulge when the power adapter is there but I see the extra pocket as an added bonus. Overall, this is a excellent solid case and reasonably priced!

The fit is a small snug on my late 2008 MacBook Pro. Other than that it’s a fantastic sleeve. I really like the pocket on the outside for the power adaptor, which also has a small pocket for a usb drive sized device. I use it for an sd card reader.

My Macbook Pro 15″ fits perfectly inside this case. The case provides a nice balance of protection and compactness. I really like the pocket on the side which enables me to store the power adapter and a few extra small items without taking up a lot of extra space.
There are two cons that I should mention, minor though they be: 1) the exterior fabric catches quite a bit of dust, and 2) that same fabric is prone to snagging.
Overall it is a very excellent case, and I am very pleased with it.

This might have been designed for previous 15 inch MacBook Pros. I found the fit to be too tight and that the zippers scratched the sides of my 2009 MacBook Pro 15 inch.
