It's extremely frustrating to make a point of doing research only to be given completely inaccurate information by the company. I provided Caselogic with my laptop make and model information and all dimensions, and the company proceeded to recommend an ill-fitting sleeve because it doesn't sell any sleeves that WILL fit my laptop but apparently didn't want that to stop it from making a sale. The result is that I'm making my first ever product return to Amazon.com and my opinion of Caselogic has done a 180-degree turn: While I made a point of trying to buy this product from Caselogic, I will from now on make a point of buying from its competitors because Caselogic has lost my trust. But this blue sleeve is better than I thought it might be; it's exactly what I wanted and more. It's well made, the right size for my HP dv9740, and I am delighted with it!!!
